Selection of suitable nutrient medium is dependent on type of cell, culture conditions, and degree of chemical definition required for the cell culture application.

ClonaCell™-HY PEG is supplied as a 50% (w/v) solution of PEG 3350 in Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium (DMEM) with gentamicin and phenol red. The solution has been pre-tested and qualified for cell fusion.

Available individually or as part of the PRG (4Z0-800) or Passage Reagent System (4Z0-840). The EDTA in PRG-1 loosens cell attachment gently from culture surfaces. Trypsin concentration in PRG-2 is optimized to detach loosened cells while minimizing adverse effects on cell viability and surface markers.
